Shipment Processing Time

We ship directly from multiple warehouses with minimal delay from the time your order is processed. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, our Customer Service Team will contact you via email or telephone.

With a quick dispatch policy, and our shipping on all purchases TRACKED from our warehouses to your door, you can be assured of hassle free and on time delivery. 

A Realistic estimate of our standard timeframe for delivery (updated based upon recent sale experiences) is 10-15 days.

Delivery delays can occur occasionally (natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller’s control). In circumstances where a delivery delay does occur, we have found that our timeframe for delivery rarely exceeds 21 days.

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as it becomes available. Your tracking number will also be provided to you via email at this time - so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Oz Marketplace is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.
